Key info
- Noise limit
- Strict local noise agreement — typically 100 dB(A) drive-by, with a limited number of noisy days per year
- Elevation notes
- Gently rolling former airfield. Avon Rise is a genuine crest that lightens the car on the approach to Quarry, the fastest corner on the lap.
Known tricky sections
- Quarry
Very fast right after a crest with limited run-off. The commitment required is out of step with the rest of the lap.
- Tower
Blind-ish right where the barrier is close on exit. No margin for a tidy-up mid-corner.
- Camp
Final corner onto the pit straight — the exit sets your whole lap and the kerb bites.
- Track width
Narrow with old-school barriers close to the edge. Very fast, but far less forgiving than modern venues.
